FAQs

Please find below a list of popular questions our customers have.

Q: How do I order furniture from you?

A: You can order furniture from us in one of four ways:

  1. 1.  Online from this website: (please see the instructions below)
  2. 2 . By email.
  3. 3.  By telephone
  4. 4.  In person by visiting our showrooms.

Please read our Terms & Conditions before placing your order.

Q: How do I order furniture online?

A: Just find the furniture that you want to buy and add that furniture to your basket by clicking 'add to basket' (beside each item on screen). When you're ready to order online, just follow the simple and secure process on the 'my basket' page and we'll be in touch once your order has been processed – it’s as easy as that!

Q: What guarantee does furniture come with?

A: All furniture from Home Outlet Superstore comes with a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Should a problem manifest itself within this period the furniture will be repaired or replaced.

Q: What happens if the furniture arrives damaged?

A: Goods that are damaged on arrival with the customer will be replaced at no additional cost. It is in the customers own interests to unwrap and fully inspect all furniture at the time of delivery. Customers have up to 24hrs following delivery to report damage, caused by any misuse or mishandling following delivery. All claims must be supported by photographs.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you may cancel your order within 7 days of placement without charge, the only liability being for any costs already incurred such as delivery. Cancelling your order after 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee, or 100% for special order items. If, on receipt of the goods, you choose within 7 days to return them, your only liability will be the full costs of delivery and collection (please note the full costs will be higher than the subsidized delivery rate).

Q: Can you be careful of my new carpet/new floor?

A: Staff making deliveries are required by law to wear protective footwear at all times. As they are not allowed to remove this footwear when unloading the vehicle, gaining access to the property, or carrying furniture into the property, we strongly advise customers to make proper provision to protect their carpets and flooring. We do not accept responsibility for any marks or damage that may inadvertently be caused by delivery staff during the normal course of their work.
